Only giving one star because the actual doctors are nice, but their support staff is a joke. My son has been seen off and on for his whole life at the hanger clinic. However, these last two years the communication from them has been unacceptable. My son has had a referral that was put in 6 weeks ago. I had been calling and leaving messages for weeks. These people are amazing! I really appreciate the sense of urgency the office manager and Mathew had to ensure my husband be up and walking, after the horrible experience we went through with Restore in Vacaville. Mathew walked us through the process every step of the way, they gave us a timeline of 3 weeks even with Christmas holiday in the middle of the month. They delivered!
If I can rate a 0 I absolutely would. I was scheduled to pick up my son's brace and when it was scheduled I specifically asked the front desk if my son had to be present, I was told he did not. Now, the pick up day comes and I'm told he was supposed to be present. Not only does he have to be here for pick up, they have to donsome extra fitting (I also was not told about) and now they can't fit me in for another two week.
