Horrific company to deal with ,,one of worst in last 20 years! I had to wait 6 weeks for app't to get orthotics and as I was into week 6 they called and told me that they don't take Medicare? This s after I gave them in advance my Medicare ID etc? On top of that the person who answers has a snotty attitude! That garbage is not going to work with me! Who owns this terribly run business??

Avoid speaking to the front desk with clear and concise details to them they rely on their own intuition and steer away from listening to your own problem/question. Irma believes she is above you when it comes to getting a point across, I was under the impression that the reviews were to help me get the most experience. Came for a helmet for my child. DO NOT GO HERE. We did not enjoy staff here and billing has been an absolute nightmare
I was seen in late November for an ankle brace. I had the mold done and told the doctor I saw that I was concerned about what the pricing would be. He assured me that he could keep the mold before I decided to get it. When I made my next appointment, I was told I would get a call from the financial department with an estimate of how much my insurance would cover.
