Came for a helmet for my child. DO NOT GO HERE. We did not enjoy staff here and billing has been an absolute nightmare
I was seen in late November for an ankle brace. I had the mold done and told the doctor I saw that I was concerned about what the pricing would be. He assured me that he could keep the mold before I decided to get it. When I made my next appointment, I was told I would get a call from the financial department with an estimate of how much my insurance would cover. Very helpful.
I am an above the knee amputee and I am being fitted for my prosthesis at Hanger Clinic and I am having a great experience. I am very impressed with the personnel at the reception desk and most importantly with Matt who is handling my case. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and is instrumental in getting me prepared for my prosthesis. I’m looking forward to the day when I will finally walk again and it’s all been possible because of Hanger and the great people there. Thank you all!!!!!!!!
