Received my Sleeq back brace this past Friday. Rudy worked with me to get fitted and it has made a world of difference to my back problems. This was my first time to work with Hanger Clinic and was very happy with them. I highly recommend them.
Eric, who answered phone has a terrific customer service personality, Kayla in the back was very helpful, friendly & professional. I had to p/u my brace @ La Mesa ofs (I didn't want to wait for them to order my size) & that location had equally great staff, very kind & accomodating!!
Hangar Clinic customer service is lacking. The clinic has messed up my order for shoe inserts despite communicating the issue on multiple occasions. They blamed the issue on a member of the staff they let go and still did not correct the issue. They refuse to communicate with my insurance directly to correct a medical coding discrepancy. Update. Very polite from the time you come in the door until you leave. They are also very friendly.
