The good: customer boots for our baby boy are great The bad: made us pay out of pocket before billing our insurance and then never sent the claim. We’ve asked multiple times and still no resolution.

Called for an adjustment on my afo's. Probably 10 minute job. They want a signed prescription from my doctor to do this simple adjustment. No wonder health care is so outrageously expensive. I'll find another way. This is ridiculous.
