I have was a patient since 2019. Over the last year they have become very incompetent. Several times they made me an appointment to pick up parts and when I get there no parts. Get promised a call back it never happens then when I call back they deny talking to me. They get referral's and deny receiving them for like two weeks but i have conformation numbers that they received it.

The staff has been super friendly to me. I kept them late this evening by accident but I did not feel rushed. I appreciate the time I was given.

I have been an AKA for almost 5 years. I went to another place first and I can not express how poor everything was. Very recently, I made an appointment with Hanger in Springfield. I am about to receive my prosthetic leg. This has been an awesome experience so far. I am looking forward to many years with this particular Dr. and Staff. I would like to thank the staff. For fixing up a brace for my left foot. Then an arch support for my right foot. The first night at work. I only able to wear them for two hours. The fourth night I wore it all night. I almost cried. Because my back pain went from a 9 to 2 . It has been so long since the pain wasn't there. I've only had them two weeks now. But thank you so much for my releaf from my pain. Didn't have to take any pain pills sleep. What a true blessing.
