I want to have something good to say. I am hoping they will make this right before it impacts my kids seasons. Both of my boys were injured in sports and need braces - one a knee, the other a double shoulder brace. The braces were supposed to have been delivered in early June. It’s now the end of June and still no braces, and they have stopped even trying to reschedule the appointments. My sons knee brace was denied by insurance. There was an appeal. Front desk girl clearly had other things to do and was incredibly rude when answering the phone. That's how you get people in the door is with your customer service. They definitely will not be getting my business.
We had a wonderful experience with this clinic! My husband's brace is perfect and he's already walking better and with more confidence. Everyone was extremely nice and professional.
