My first time at this office and everyone was very nice. I came to get measured for a belly band and Juan was the one to help me out and he was very kind made me feel comfortable. He explained to me how to put on the band versus just giving it to me. As I was leaving I needed to use the restroom and removed the band and when I tried to put it back on I had forgotten how to properly put it back on I went inside and asked Juan for help and with no hesitation he took me back to the room and helped me out again and explained wha... read more
Horrible customer service at this location! I have called 5 times and sent a prescription for a prosthetic to Star but she hasn’t had the courtesy to respond. I went with Synergy Prosthetics. They were able to schedule an appointment the first time I called.
Everyone is very professional and friendly.
