If your doctor ever refers you to this place, DO NOT go and tell your referring doc to never recommend this place. I gave the front desk staff my paper referral form and said they didn’t have any availability that day and that they scheduled me for 9am the next day, even giving me an appointment card with the time. Only for me to call the next day as I was on my way to the clinic and hear them say that I wasn’t even on their schedule, and that they didn’t have my paper form. I have waited over two months for my shoes and when I call no one ever calls me back
My first time at this office and everyone was very nice. I came to get measured for a belly band and Juan was the one to help me out and he was very kind made me feel comfortable. He explained to me how to put on the band versus just giving it to me. As I was leaving I needed to use the restroom and removed the band and when I tried to put it back on I had forgotten how to properly put it back on I went inside and asked Juan for help and with no hesitation he took me back to the room and helped me out again and explained wha... read more
