3 visits to this facility and they were all bad. The most recent was the worst. Scheduled my brace repair a week in advance. Gave them a detailed list in advance of the work I needed done. After waiting an hour past the appointment time they then tell me they can’t get the work done that day. Specifically they said they had a “walk in” that got priority over me and that they couldn’t get to my brace and I should just leave it over night.
