The worst customer service I have experienced at a medical clinic in my life. I am actually appalled.

After having my ankle reconstructed I was Refered to The hanger clinic ! My first impression was the office was immaculate ! The staff was very nice and courteous! Bryan was so friendly and accommodating listening and I could let he was sincere and caring with my orthopedic needs ! This is the reason why I have given Hanger Clinic a solid 5 star rating ! Dont ever go to the Irvine location. Very very very bad customer service. I had to walk out it was so bad.
Well, if consistency is any mark of good, helpful, and caring giving then Hanger has it all. This is my third pair of orthotic shoes and each visit I am treated as if I was never there. Which is great cause Michelle and all the staff put out a product that is the best. So is the service they put forward for their customers, THE BEST.
