M. Garry Yamamoto is extremely unprofessional and is a disgrace to The Hanger Clinic in Laguna Hills and any place in the medical professional field. I was called in to have my wrist brace fitted after waiting two weeks. I arrived 10 minutes late and was told the ortho refused to see me due to his scheduling and “he would not finish in time” without even stepping out to explain or talk to me as a patient or say anything. Very sales oriented and trying to set you with an equipment during evaluation. No consulting with Physical Therapist or other professionals, very hard to decide during one visit. Also equipment is either not the right size or not the right hold. I asked to take it home to try it out and was given one side of the brace. Hard to decide a whole equipment on a whim in one visit or try on one leg only. Oh also parking is paid and they do not validate 🙄 After this review the office was peach from the front desk to the individual ... read more

Since 1995, I've been going to Hanger for all my needs with my prosthetics for an above knee amputation. They are an excellent group who are friendly, sympathic, understanding and have always done the very best for my needs. I've lived in CA, CO, and TX and each office has been excellent.
