My son was treated here for 6 months for a prosthetic leg and arm. This place is one of the worst experiences you could ever have with a prosthetist. They forced a non fitting arm and leg on him over and over, did not listen when he was in pain, charged him for a mioelectric arm that never worked, refused to return it and billed him tens of thousands of dollars for this work. Their own in house upper limb specialist said he should have never been fitted for the mioelectric arm that they gave him. He is young and healthy and ... read more
Angela is the BEST! Not only is she professional, she is kind, understanding and personable. We came from another clinic (not related to Hanger) and had a bad experience, so a change of pace was amazing. The front desk is very friendly and the students are welcoming and interact with you, which I love. I am so thankful for Angela and the staff at this location! Thank you so much for helping us out and giving my baby the best care.
I have no idea how this place has a 5-star rating because it is the most poorly run medical facility I have ever been to. My daughter received leg braces at the Printer's Park location a year prior, and because she has grown, we needed a fitting for new braces. When I called, I was informed by the scheduling department that they no longer see children at Printer's Park, and I would have to schedule at Briargate. Ok, that's fine.
