Why are you putting me immediately on hold and then hanging up on me?
This Fort Myers office is the absolute worst! Good Luck trying to get an actual person to answer the phone when usually you are put on hold for a good 15 minutes time after time after time. Then they tell you one thing and a week later its different. They should take some lessons from their Naples office about customer service and caring for their patients or potential patients because they truly are lacking in that.
ANKLE BRACES WERE MADE FOR MY WIFE AND WERE UNWEARABLE. THEY HAD ROUGH EDGES AND WERE MADE WITH OUT NECESARY ARCH SUPPORT.T HEY REFUSED TO FIXTHEM.THEY SAID THAT THAT WAS THE WAY THEY ALWAYS MAKE THEM AND WOULD NOT REDO THEM OR GIVE A REFUND
Was fitted for a leg brace ok but it was way overpriced in comparison to other options. Even with my insurance I still paid over 200.00 out of pocket.
