Very disappointed in the office crew they have for the front desk and answering phones. The first time making an appointment who ever took the call was very rude and short. The referral was approved and sent to them from my son’s pediatrician never once said I needed the referral in hand to be seen. The front office gal was very rude said she didn’t need to check my son in for his appointment because I didn’t have the referral for them to have a copy when never was stated. The orthos who actually see the children are amazing... read more

Got there early because of weather waited & waited past my appointment now I am late for my VA appointment have to reschedule it hardly anyone waiting room .
