We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Bernie at Hanger orthotics. He was helpful informative and kind as we picked up a brace for my grandson.
No longer accepts insurance for insoles. Sad.
My son went in to get fitted for orthotics and was told that they would be ready within two weeks. They weren’t and the staff have been less than helpful in answering questions or helping him to get the orthotics. It’s been four weeks and still nothing and the staff still seem incapable of returning a phone call. I guess once they have your money all bets are off…
I love Hanger! Hanger has been with me every step of the way since I had my leg amputated. They’ve gone above and beyond to get me the best fitted prosthetic & always provide excellent care. I recommend anyone to give Hanger a try!
