I was very skeptical as per reviews but front desk was very accommodating professional even after my appointment I called and they helped me very content the doctor answered all our questions and concerns. I will update when we get our equipment.
First, I shouldn't have to go through so much bullshit for a hand splint they took a sizing. I still don't have it bout 2 months later and nothing. I call and go to the office, and I get the same stupid vebatim on the phone. im looking for answers, not an appointment. You have the option to text me or email for a question. It's not a freaking appointment for an answer. I can get on the phone , text, and email, but I guess im not important enough to get answers.
