Just to be clear, this review is about this experience only. I have not had other issues with this store. I recently acquired a couple new to me vehicles. Neither radio has the ability to Bluetooth. I went online and entered makes and models and answered all the questions about the vehicles and was given a list of radios that were compatible. Picked one for each vehicle and scheduled installation services. First vehicle, I go in and within 10 minutes get a phone call that there is a problem. The"compatible" radio i purchased... read more
And Yes. Before you ask. This trip was a very pleasant trip. I had some issues with my brace. Too tall in the back, and it was keeping the tendon in a tense situation. A constant pain. This tech knows exactly how to tweak the situation to tweak a design.
Thank you for being so nice when life challenges are going on. I think the lady's name was Mary in appointments today when I had to call to check on my referral. Yesterday I wrote the sweet girls name down that I scheduled the appointment with but of course I can't find her name. . Maybe there is a way to look up my name from yesterday February 15, 2023 when I made the appointment at 10 a.m. Thank ypu , Jacquelyn Stampley
