Everyone at the location I went to about the unloader knee brace my orthopedic doctor ordered, were absolutely amazing. The billing department that's at a different location, are my complaint. Before going to get measured for the custom made brace, I called my insurance to verify with my caseworker that the brace was covered, and I was told yes 100%. Ben and Holly were easy to work with. They answered every question we had regarding my child’s helmet and were very knowledgeable. Such friendly staff!!
I am very disappointed in this business. Calling the office to ask any billing question is absolutely Impossible. I truly feel like the goal is for them to Ignore your payment questions until you are forced to pay or go to collections and have your credit marked. Do not go here unless you are 100% sure you can afford this out of pocket or have checked YOURSELF with YOUR insurance company directly. This clinic lies and says that they received prior approval but they aren't actually doing that. They are just saying it and slap... read more
