Just picked up my TurboMed afo from Hanger orthotics in Gulfport. I got my first one 5 years ago. Hanger made the whole process painless. They dealt with Medicare and my insurance and spared me the trouble. I highly recommend Hanger Orthotics!
I was referred to The hanger clinic for a prosthetic device from a transmetatarsal amputation on my right foot. I had problems with it from the get-go as it was very uncomfortable. Every time I went in, they would adjust it, sand it down, whatever they had to do but to this day months later it is still uncomfortable. I was supposed to get a brace ordered back in August and now they won't even answer my phone calls so I have no idea what has happened. Not the best experience
Amazing people (Dave and Pam) at the office in Gulfport, Ms! My husband (a left leg, below the knee amputee) and I started going to the Hanger Clinic almost 2 months ago and the difference that these 2 people have made in our lives is truly Amazing!!! Pam is a Licensed Physical Therapist and explains everything in detail and made us feel soooo comfortable with the process.
