Years ago Hanger did my Orthotics and they worked great until thye didn't, about 5 years. Foot doctor gave me another prescription and said that I probably needed new ones as feet change. So back to Hanger I went. So first I was told that I probably just needed to have them "resurfaced" and that only cost me $70. But that did not do the job, so now I would have new inserts cast. Jim made me and my disabled sons orthotics and smo braces. He is very kind and patient and goes to my sons school for fittings.
My overall experience from the time my doctor referred me to when I picked up my custom inserts was decent. My issue is with the "service after the sale". Upon following up with my referring doctor, it was determined that my inserts were not made to the specs my doctor ordered and that they needed to be altered. The referring doctor sent a new note to Hanger Clinic. Additionally, I emailed their office a copy of the note and then called to confirm it was received.
