I scheduled an appointment with this company a month in advance for foot orthotics. They waited until the day before to cancel my appointment because they were at foot orthotic capacity; however, they mentioned my insurance does not cover these so this leads me to believe they could see me but did not want to coordinate with someone who would be paying out of pocket, otherwise why mention insurance. Unfortunately they were unable to reschedule which left me without service and scrambling for alternatives. Very disappointing ... read more
