A vest wearing service dog, and disabled owner were illegally kicked out because “no dogs in the bar”. Even though both owner and dog had been in for hours causing no harm to anyone. Very poor bartender skills. Yes you can refuse service to anyone. But you cannot refuse to allow a registered service animal in. There are laws making that illegal. :)
