flavorless, frozen veggies. gravy tasted like grease, bland potatoes, tough steak, fast food quality at 3 star prices

I ordered my steak medium rare when it came out it was well done. So I asked if they would please fix it. They sent out another steak that was well done for the second time. Our server was very sweet and tried to fix everything the best she could. The kitchen staff completely disregards guests food requests. I will not be back anytime soon.
