I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received. So I came in with my mom for a girls day and wanted to get something done. I asked for dark brown since my hair color is dark brown I just wanted to even my whole hair to be the same color since I had a slight red tint in my hair. Well she gave me black hair instead of dark brown like I asked for.
