A terrible salon. I went there for eyebrow tattooing, and after more than a week, the tattooed area peeled off completely. I was very disappointed with the color and the unevenness of the eyebrows. I had to pay extra for the second touch-up, and I don't understand what kind of anesthetic this person used because the tattooing process was very painful. This is a cheap place, and you really get what you pay for. If you want consistent, reliable service, I would not recommend coming here. I had my hair permanently straightened here a year ago and came back recently since my roots had grown out. This time, after the treatment, there was a noticeable wave in the middle of my hair, which defeats the purpose of straightening. I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received. So I came in with my mom for a girls day and wanted to get something done. I asked for dark brown since my hair color is dark brown I just wanted to even my whole hair to be the same color since I had a slight red tint in my hair. Well she gave me black hair instead of dark brown like I asked for. Hằng is my favorite hairdresser. She's very sweet, kind, patient, and does her job well. She charges lower prices than all other places I've been to around San Jose/Bay Area, too.
