Very professional caring
My first impressions: very friendly desk staff; ditto nurse. Professional, well trained, Medicare aware, Nuvance practice doctor. But after an encounter with Dr. Park, it was all downhill. As a patient on Medicare, a first encounter is a meet and greet, general history (I had requested that my previous medical records be sent to his office, and, having asked, was told that they were in my file). I am very concerned, I loved going to this location for years, no issue, trusted my well being here...I do not want any of this happening to others. I had blood taking for an issue, meds given, not better, get more blood work get called things are better, meanwhile I was rushed to the ER, I call to listen to their blood results and am told I was never tested for the issue that I was originally told I was being tested and treated for, I have permanent damage from this. Please don't let this happen to others. Please.
