Dr was great, service was polite. However, they need to review their policy about cancelations. Missed a booked app once, didn't call. Completely understand that I didn't attempt to come in. Day had bad weather, and they even called to see if I still planned to come in. Then, come to find out that they scheduled me on a day that i wasn't even supposed to be allowed in due to "their policy about insurance".
