The doctor was good. I felt like I had a good exam. The rest is awful. Took all day for 2 appointments early in the morning. They triple book. Wanted to charge $200 or so to have my records sent to my GP. Couldn't give digital copies of eye scans, even to my GP. Got glasses in November ish of 2024. Again, I need new lenses as there is a stress fracture (2nd time) in the same spot as before. Basic glasses were $500. 0/10, do not recommend. I've been going for Dr. White for years and loved him. However, my last appointment a little over a year ago was with Dr. Nguyen and it was a terrible experience. I knew I needed my prescription adjusted, because I wasn't seeing as well with my current lenses, especially with nighttime driving, and I was getting eye strain headaches with reading and close work.
