How this place has any good reviews is beyond me. My wife and son just got an exam and glasses from Serrins and I paid more for just the exam at this place. I was charged 39 dollars for the retina eye scan that Serrins charges nothing for and 2.5 % to use my card. The doctor spent less than 2 minutes on my actual exam and I feel uncertain that my prescription is even right. Hands down worst establishment to get eye care done at I have ever been to. I came in for an eye exam, waited for 30 mins and I specifically asked if they're going to dilate my eyes like how I usually got my eye exam before I moved here and they said yes even though they didn't dilate my eyes. It was a weird experience with Dr. Nguyen, she asked me simple questions about my glasses and then she asked me if I have my old prescription with me so I gave it to her which now I think was odd because no one ever asked for my old prescription before.
