As other reviewers have already mentioned the drivers at this company are flat out DANGEROUS. This 70 year old driver, old enough to be my grandpa….almost ran me over because he was speeding AND on his phone. As you can see in the pic i attached he literally parked the company truck in the middle of the road and cussed/threatened to k*ll me. He was behaving erratically like he was drunk or on hard drugs. Our experience with Hanford Sand & Gravel was disappointing due to unprofessional customer service and poor handling of payment issues. Although we were not their direct customer, the order was placed through our contractor. When Hanford’s internal payment process failed—despite claiming the order was COD and never communicating that in advance—they chose to involve us, and issued a threat to file a Mechanic’s Lien. They damaged my property and will not pay for their mistake. Not that it's costly but the principal behind it. We had asked them not to come since we weren't going to be home.
