Our experience with Hanford Sand & Gravel was disappointing due to unprofessional customer service and poor handling of payment issues. Although we were not their direct customer, the order was placed through our contractor. When Hanford’s internal payment process failed—despite claiming the order was COD and never communicating that in advance—they chose to involve us, and issued a threat to file a Mechanic’s Lien. They damaged my property and will not pay for their mistake. Not that it's costly but the principal behind it. We had asked them not to come since we weren't going to be home.
The blue crushed looks beautiful and Ron was great to work with. Highly recommend
Hanford is my favorite place for bark and dirt. The workers are great and so is the product. And Hanford is conveniently located.
