The staff was amazing and attentive to my needs. They went the extra mile to make sure I had the appropriate text was performed.
Everything was great I like to service I understood everything what was going on they explained everything to me and that was very much appreciated

Had an MRI this afternoon. Staff very nice and well prepared.
The service is promptly cared for and the patient care seems to be a priority to the physicians and assistance at Hanford Imaging.
Had a CT scan this morning which went very well. Very well organized staff and the receptionist was very kind and welcoming despite her being a little under the weather. No one enjoys procedures done especially when time off has to be taken or even enjoying a day off but I’ve always learned that an attitude had is sometimes an attitude giving so I always make the best of it.
I've been there many times and the receptionists ALWAYS greet me with a smile, are courteous, and VERY friendly! I remember taking my father there before he passed away (through no fault of their own), and my after was not able to lie down due to congestion in his lungs and heart, and the staff there made EVERY effort to accommodate my father to no avail. Very �nice and friendly.
HORRIBLE customer service. Front desk staff is incredibly rude & misquoted me by $150 then refused to honor the price quoted. Called for a manager & was transferred all over the place until the phone service eventually hung up on me. None of the extensions work to get where you need to when you call. Overall everyone I encountered here (except MRI tech) was fucking RUDE!
