My experience couldn’t have been any better. Two technicians took care of me; they understood I was uncomfortable leaving my jewelry in the locker after an experience elsewhere where a piece of jewelry very dear to me was stolen by staff. He understood & let me take my jewelry into the MRI room. The 2nd Technician was so funny (as was the first) & I felt completely comfortable joking around, as they kept prepping the machine. Really good I was sooo nervous for my biopsy that was done today .I was asked multiple times how I was doing. Walking me thru every move they were doing , kept me cool, calm, and relaxed .
I have never had to wait very long, and the staff is friendly.

the staff there are nice and explain things to you, for example, I had a problem with my insurance and they explained what I had to do to get the problem resolved and once I did that I was able to get to get in and have my MRI done and got to see my doctor again with a copy of the MRI.
Very professional, no waiting, they even called to come in eallrlier.
In and out quick! Told the report would be completed in a timely manner.
They do their best to accommodate you with an appointment to suit you as soon as possible. They are friendly & professional.
