Gave me an appointment for 7, suppose to have been the earliest. Employees didn't show up till 7:15 and doors still weren't open. Literally didn't take my keys till 7:40. Then had the nerve to say we will call you when we're done after being asked how long is this service going to take. Now I'm pushed for time for another appointment.
I brought in a 2017 Ford F150 for 4 new tire mount, balance, and wheel alignment. The service staff were very attentive to the work I requested to have performed. In addition, the time it took to perform the work was very reasonable and was of high quality. Haney's definitely secured my tire and alignment needs in the future! Thanks again!
I always bring my car to Haneys for oil changes , and fluids. They are wonderful people. They don't overcharge, staff is friendly , and helpful.. I had a problem with the car and they came to my home to look at it. then took the car back to the shop.
