Our garage door wouldn't open & our car was in the garage. This was on a Thursday evening & no one could get out here until the following Monday. So I looked at reviews & saw Haney Door Service had numerous 5 star reviews & had 24 hour phone service. So at 4 o'clock in the morning I called them & Erin answered the phone. Second opener in two weeks. Their service is consistently very good. I'm looking forward to using the new opener on my shop door. The shop door was getting to heavy for me to lift.
Ryan did a good job explaining the need to replace my door opener. The work was done quickly and the operation of the new system adequately explained.
Jake was able to come to my rescue. He quickly assessed the situation, told me options & proceeded to accomplish the repair quickly. Great service. Very fair prices. Respectful & conscientious service. Thanks so much
