My car was making noises for several months and I didn’t understand how this could be possible when I replaced many parts on my front end. When I spoke to Chris initially, he told me my options and to bring it in. As soon as I heard my options I knew he was very knowledgeable, which made me feel confident about having him service my vehicle. He’s all about saving you money also so that is always a plus! So glad a mechanic was upfront and determined to get me back on the road again!

Chris was very knowledgeable about the issues with my vehicle. He took the time to explain the issues, and gave suggestions on what needed to be fixed now, and what could be fixed later. Great customer service.

He was patient and answered my many many questions.He gave information on priority repairs versus what could wait to be fixed. Chris didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. This shows that Handz On is about the best interest of the customer and not high pressure sales. Excellent Service all the way around.
Chris was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all possible issues with my car. He gave great suggestions on what to fix first to possibly solve all issues, and save money. Not all mechanic shops are looking out for the best interests of the customers, and that is greatly appreciated.
