Working with all the team members at Handy Mensch Home Remodeling was a very smooth and professional process. We have a beautiful new kitchen, and a more open-concept main floor. The tradesmen were courteous, and great at the work they did. We had an open line of communication with the production team during the entire process. I'd give them six stars, but five is the limit.

I am several years late in posting this review! As soon as Handy Mensch finished our beautiful bathroom remodel, I had a broken wrist and ankle so didn’t follow up and finish the new look with towels, artwork, etc. Well…I’ve finally gotten around to doing that and WOW! I love the way our new bathroom looks. The Handy Mensch folks were accurate with their estimates in terms of budget and timing and did an excellent job.

I had a dream for the last few years of having a bar in my basement. I spent a significant amount of time struggling to find companies with experience building bars. While I found companies that did renovations and a few of them had experience building bars, most preferred to take on larger projects than mine and also gave unbelievably expensive quotes. HandyMensch redid the supports for our overhead screened-in porch (over concrete patio from walk out basement). They handled all the aspects of the job: the engineering design for new supports, going thru the permitting process and doing the actual project. In beginning, I met with Lenny’s team, including an engineer to discuss what we were hoping to have done on the project. HandyMensch was referred to us for a kitchen facelift which came close eventually to a full remodel. They saved us 25% by retaining and refacing many of the existing cabinets but you would never know it by the kitchen now. Lenny and his crew are a pleasure to work with, keep you informed in advance of timelines (that they keep) and take care of many of the issues that come up often before you know about them. They come highly recommended and looking forward to working with HandyMensch on other projects to come.
