The employees are so knowledgeable, curious, always wanting to help. Its definitely worth the extra .50 cents on some products. Your not walking around looking for someone that can't answer your question anyway. HD floor people need to take classes on what they are selling. Keep up the great work true value.
This location was honest to me even when it didn’t make them any money, which I appreciate, when I called to double check about the key cutting I was insta-denied in person at the other location down the street after being misinformed on their phone yesterday, a call that left me believing it was a case by case basis despite my detailed clarification on what I needed done, this location was clear and honest about not being able to provide the service I was looking for at all due to their key cutting abilities.
