Rented an apartment unit from S&H for almost 2 years. Friendly and great management/maintenance staff. Very responsive and personable as well. I would stay longer with them if I could.
10/10 - these guys are the real deal. Owning a property out of state is not a easy task. They have literally made it 100x easier for me by their level of involvement, attentiveness, speed, quality of work and follow up. A+
Great work quality, great guys. Really love that they are proactive in offering alternative affordable solutions. Started a service (on retainer) contract with them six months ago to help my mom manage several of our rental properties since our handyman moved away. They get very busy so timing and "emergency fees" have to be managed. Cost wise they are significantly more expensive than the handyman we had for the last decade.
