I highly recommend Luis after he installed a Steible Tempra Plus 29 tankless electric water heater in my house. Luis and his assistant were very professional, clean and went above & beyond by running the electric cable through the attic instead of attached it to the wall with exposed conduit from the heater to the electrical box. That was extra work from what I saw and the install looks very clean. His installation fee was very reasonable and he was able to install on relatively short notice.
