This is actually the first negative review I have made on Google out of hundreds of reviews. Hired Lee to do very basic work at a property in Battle Creek, and he wanted 50% down. I told him that I pay with progress, but he told me that he would have 10 people on the weekend to get everything finished up sooner than planned. I paid him 50% down. This man took my money and disappeared. Said he had walking pneumonia. Never did the job but took the money.
