Very disappointed with my experience. I own a landscaping company and currently use Stihl equipment. I've been having issues with my 2 strokes and wanted to switch some of them to Redmax 8560s. I was unable to get in to purchase the units on the day I called, so logically, I asked if I can leave a deposit so they do not sell, as they are in demand currently.
