I call JAMES and he came and saw me and gave me what the cost would be to be do my bathroom and i gave him half the cost and this got brought some materials out to my house and the cost of them was about 100 dollars. So on 11-13-23 Talk with him again and James said I will be at your house on 11-14-23 at 7am to finish work . I have not seen or heard from this guy. So I AM ON MY WAY TO THE COURT HOUSE TO FILE CHARGES ON THIS JAMES W BRANCH JR as he make sure he spell his name right.
He showed up driving a blue dodge truck with an older lady in the Passanger seat. He gave a price for what my friend wanted to be repaired in the house asked for 1/3rd down thats over a thousand dollars but never showed up the next day like agreed abound.He also lied about that he replaced the electrical box as we went to check on it at the house and we were looked at the old one as he was telling her he replaced.Lied about giving her back the money she wants to know where it is.Beware of this scammer. Took money from my mother to do a job. Never showed up. Repeatatly told her he had people on the job but when she got there no work was done. A liar and a dishonest man. Do not be use. I've been in the house all day. Nobody has returned any money. Once again not telling the truth. We will be filling a city case soon.
Mr.James Branch took $1,2030 was to start fixing electrical wiring and plumbing in my house..He never show up and lied that he already fixed the wiring..I went to my house and nothing was fixed..Om going to file a lawsuit against Handy man home repairs..He is a bad person taking advantage of senior citizen who needs home repairs. Do not use James Branch..He is a big Liar
