We are renters and our landlord used this company to fix three issues in our house. It took them two months for anyone to even come out and look at the issue, then when they finally got around to sending someone out their idea of scheduling is calling you 30 minutes in advance to tell you that they’re on their way because that’s what’s convenient for them… By far, one of the most unprofessional maintenance companies I’ve ever worked with. Kathie Knupp and her crew made an 8- year old child's birthday party the happiest event ever! I am a Grandma that knows almost nothing about setting up a swimming pool. So grateful Kathie had a handle on how much time and what needed to be done. Do not feel comfortable posting pictures of people without permission-my grandson's Mom took plenty of pictures if she wants to add the actual festivities.
