Had a handyman/carpenter sent over to my house to do some minor cabinet woodworking. Their website says and CEO Ken said over the phone \$35 trip fee + \$65/hr. x 2 hrs minimum, all of which I agreed to. BUT when the handyman showed up at my house, he tells me theres an additional 10% overhead surcharge. I do not appreciate these types of last-minute, "hidden" charges.
