Very clear about service (time and material); phone service was spot on (i called, it went to VM but within 5mins they had called back - and I didn't even leave a msg). Rates are very reasonable, guy (Eric) turned up exactly on time - reiterated again the service details, reviewed the work with me and offered options. Completed the work as he had described, was very efficient and the work was of a high quality. I have every intention on using these folks for future work - they have some coupons on their site too!
