Extremely disappointed. They absolutely do not communicate well. It took 2 phone calls and a text to get Mr. Kline to call me back and schedule an appointment for an estimate. Jorge came by on the 5th to discuss my bathroom project. He told me he would get with Mr. Kline and I would have my estimate by Sept. 10. To this day I have not heard a word from them. I sent a text to Mr. Kline and left a voice message on 9/15. He read the text on 9/18, I was asking when I would receive my estimate. He has made no effort to contact me... read more

I had a very negative experience with Handyman Connection under the ownership of David Klein. He is absolutely unprofessional and only focused on finding ways to add change orders and charge extra money. Instead of providing clear, honest, and quality service, the entire process felt like a trap to increase the final bill. There was no real professionalism, no transparency, and no customer care.
