I'd give them ZERO stars if it were an option. My $7000 shower lasted 7 years. Just started the replacement with a reputable company. The P-Trap the guy just pulled out wasn't tightened, the sealer they put in it hadn't even contacted the threads. The pan liner was not installed correctly. Just an absolute horrible experience. I guess we know why they aren't in business any longer.
