The guy had been drinking, he didn't really finish the job, and I think we were overcharged for what he did do.
Prior to the start of the project, I was provided with a clear description of the what would be done, and upon completion of the work, the area was left in clean condition.
He was running late, he called to let me know....very thoughtful.
Tom was fantastic and went the extra mile to make sure our doors were installed correctly. Great person to work with!
