Manny was generous when installing our faucet. He left early before finishing a paint job on another occasion. Responding to Manny’s response. Yes, I was satisfied with work he did complete; however, he did not come back to finish agreed upon work. We never had a communication issue with the contractors we hired to finish the water closet and ceiling paint Manny had verbally agreed to complete. One and done type of job, Manny was hired after installing a faucet. He was asked to install a hood to vent outside ( kitchen) and our bathroom repairs / medicine cabinet install, among other tasks. He only installed the hood over the oven and so the excuses for coming back to finish work began, he was paid part less then half. The rest would have been paid at completion. Manny consulted with us in two large projects. Our house was built in 1970 and was never painted. We didn’t know how to treat the cedar siding. Manny came out and explained the process and finished the job in record time. The house looks like a new build. We were so pleased we called him to replace the flooring in the second level. He helped us pick the materials, moved furniture, installed new floors and cleaned up all debris. We are happy with his skills.
