Handy cleaning "professional" cancelled cleaning at last minute. Still got charged a portion of the cleaning fee. Terrible customer service (response to complaint was a generic email template with a link to their FAQs). After sending several emails and getting no response to my specific issue, I eventually gave up. I wouldn't recommend using this company. Update: I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get a response and eventually get reimbursed.
Handy acquired All Set. When All Set changed to Handy, I received a phone call asking whether I would like to register with Handy. I declined. A few months later, I am magically signed up for a cleaning (without my knowledge). Be warned - you may without your knowledge or consent - be a customer of Handy. The quality of the cleaning is questionable. They also make frequent billing mistakes and/or don't return money for cancelled cleanings. I would stay away from them. Not a good company to deal with. If anyone out there is looking for a business idea, please do create competition for these guys. There is a lot of need for what they offer but because there are not that many businesses like this currently on the market. These guys are getting away with shady practices and terrible quality of service.
