I despise giving a bad review. But these people overcharged me. Likely, you won't pay the estimate you were given. You may end up paying a lot more. The callout was to replace the toiled bowl and, in the process, they advised that the angle stop and supply line required replacing because the stop was stuck. Fair enough, but they charged us $175 (25 part + 150 labor) just for that! My wife who attended accepted the charge. Water heater was not igniting and they got thermocouple changed in few hours on a weekend. They were reasonably compared to other contractors. Thank you for your service.
