Great workmanship. I enjoyed working for them.
Horrible customer service. A technician came to my place, gave me a quote and fixed it a few days later (when I couldn't be there). A week later I got a bill for 6 TIMES the amount quoted. Assuming a mistake had been made, I called and was told it was no mistake and the bill was due as is. He also called me a liar and suggested that I didn't understand the quote that was given to me.
