I never leave reviews but really felt I had to today. I called, late afternoon on a Saturday, because I couldn't get my boiler primed after trying all day and changing the oil filter. The girl who answered the phone, sorry, I don't know her name, was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable and tried to give me other issues to check since I'm stubborn and couldn't let the boiler win. Lol. We recently had an emergency with our boiler—a clog that left us without heat. We called Handy Oil Burner Services Inc., and they were quick to set us up with an emergency appointment. Lance arrived promptly, and he was fantastic! He diagnosed the problem, fixed the clog, and got our heat back up and running in under an hour. The professionalism and efficiency were top-notch, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their swift response. Highly recommend this service for any heating emergencies!

The absolute worst customer services I’ve ever had. Avoid this business at all costs. They tried getting unlicensed workers here knowing they can’t pull a permit. Customer service is awful. When I first called for furnace cleaning I spoke with Sara who told me she was at a doctors appointment and would call me back in 5 minutes. Didn’t hear from her until the next day. Very disappointed with the follow up after a fix they made was not resolved. We had to hire another company to come clean up the mess made.
