Lydia at Handy Lock storage was great to work with. I inherited the contents of the storage unit. She helped me to get clearance to access the unit. The facility was super clean, safe and well lit. Also the customer service woman I talked with several times was courteous and knowledgeable.
Lydia is absolutely fabulous. She has a great follow up and has a wonderful warm personality. I would recommend the ocean Springs location to anyone in the area. I have been renting space from them for eight years.
