On several occasions I have contacted this firm in hopes of potentially hiring them, because I had a friend who REALLY liked her attorney she had who worked there (who isn't there anymore). Every time I was told I would be contacted back by Gretchen Handy and never was. When I followed up only to find out no one had ever even taken my name or documented my calls, it was so clear that the poor woman that answers the phones has to deal with frustrated people in my situation all the time.
