I wanted to hire Handy Hawaii for a couple things that would be very simple / quick for a handyman. I contacted them through their website's "contact us" page twice and left 2 phone messages over the course of a week or so. No one bothered to respond.

I had been looking for a contractor to renovate my outdated kitchen built in the '60's. I did not have a lot of luck receiving responses from contractors that I had tried to contact for an estimate. I would start with zero stars if I could. Matt is the consummate snake oil salesman. He talks a huge game but delivers nothing. We overpaid for his services based on his review, only to find out from his subcontractors that he goes back after the fact on past jobs to give “freebies and add-ones” in order to satisfy poor reviews and get his vaunted “perfect 5-star review”.
